Homey
Homey is the smart home platform, used in more than 200,000 homes. Devices from many brands come together in one app. A resident writes rules with Flows, follows energy use, and builds dashboards with widgets. For a manufacturer, the advantage is that one official app puts the product in that home, without a separate portal.
More than 1,200 apps have already been developed for Homey. They are all free in the Homey store and install with one press of a button. Updates happen on their own. That is also ideal for people who are not technical.
Own Homey App
If you want your own device to be controlled smartly by Homey too, we can build a custom Homey app for you and publish it in the Homey store, so it becomes available to all existing Homey users. We have been building official Homey apps for years. We work professionally. All code is tested automatically. We work in short cycles for fast feedback, and all code is under version control. We can take the assignment on a quote or at an hourly rate (€80,- per hour).
